In my role as a graphic designer, I was tasked with preparing files for print production and updating marketing assets for online platforms. Additionally, I needed to work closely with copywriters to finalize pop-up card designs for a new marketing campaign. My responsibilities included setting up print-ready files that met industry standards, revising digital marketing assets to ensure consistency across various online channels, and collaborating with copywriters to incorporate compelling text into the pop-up cards.
File Setup for Print Production:
I meticulously prepared files by ensuring all elements were in the correct color mode (CMYK), checking for resolution and bleed requirements, and creating print-ready PDFs. I organized assets and layers, and conducted a thorough proofing process to catch any errors before submission.
Revising Marketing Assets Online:
I reviewed existing marketing materials and updated them to align with current branding guidelines and digital best practices. I optimized images for web use, adjusted layouts for various screen sizes, and ensured all digital assets were responsive and engaging.
Collaboration with Copywriters:
I worked directly with copywriters to ensure that the text on the pop-up cards was not only visually appealing but also aligned with the overall campaign messaging. I provided design feedback and made necessary adjustments to accommodate the copy while maintaining a cohesive and attractive design.
