- Developed a detailed branding guide that included specific instructions on logo usage, color schemes, typography, and other visual elements.
- Conducted training sessions for all departments to educate them on the importance of the guidelines and how to implement them.
- Created a monitoring system to ensure adherence to the guidelines and provided support for any questions or challenges faced by the departments during the transition.
